The principal owner of AQvision has over thirty one years in fastener sorting and fastener machinery sales. Accuvision Technology and AQvision International are both committed to manufacturing and selling the most advanced sorting inspection machinery at a fair price to the customer by keeping lower profit margins lower than our competitors.
ACV16051 Steel Dial Machine is used for large diameter headed fasteners and longer parts. It can be manufactured with a special part escapement for heavier parts using an air piston to push the “good” and “NG” parts off the dial.
ACV 1604 Glass Dial Machines can be used for inserts, nuts washers, stamped parts and can also be ordered for headed parts that can be stood on their heads. The machine is very effective for cracked heads on headed parts with a top view and bottom view camera. Up to six cameras can be added to the machine depending on the customer’s needs.
ACV Bent Part Machine is a proprietary design by Accuvision never before seen in sorting machinery. It inspects for the straightness of long parts along with dimensional sorting of the longest parts.
